I wish this anus-to-vagina piercing was real. I have heard of one man who had the piercing performed on his anus but he described it as very painful.
There are a few piercings around which look like anal piercings, but are
perineum, the rear edge of the vagina. Some women are quite thick here, especially if the surgeon has been slicing them there during childbirth.
the area above the anus between the buttocks, which is a surface piercing, which is also a very attractive piercing.

It would be interesting to try just the perineum and the above-anus surface piercing, without labia and vulva piercings, to see if the isolation made the visual effect more extreme. Although obviously it would be a crime to resist placing rings along the full length of both sets of labia.
I will believe the 'anus piercing's are real when I see a long series of close-ups.
Such a fistula can occur during childbirth, although it is normally the urethra which splits. In both cases, the split can cause life-threatening complications.
But I agree, the thought of 14mm or a 1" rectum-vagina piercing, with a huge bullring, is enough to make me .... oh, uh... oh-no, panic... quick ... too late !
