A combination of the two, that is, both breasts, is a very appealing design. If you're dedicated to your lifestyle, work to get more on your neck as well. Keep the bold, erotic theme and tie the neck design in with the current breasts. I propose not filling in the nipples completely if you choose to keep the start; that will be quite a lot of black and can easily throw the whole piece off.
