Yes...the Tunnels are in all day and night long. They are visible under a t shirt, but with a fluffy blouse no one will notice them. In summer time it is difficult to hide them. But who cares....wink:)

No wight training at all. I simply put 1mm thicker tunnels every 6 months in my nipples. for a couple of days or even a week they are sore,...but then most of the times they are fine.

Me too i bought and tried out all sorts of fleshtunnels, and they were all way too short. Silicone tunnels are even shorter than metal ones,...and it is not easy at all to insert them. And if you put a ring through them and pull a bit hardr on it, then the silicone tunnel slips out easily.

My tunnels are custom made...my hubby makes them for me,.... he uses acrylic clear tubes, and fits the metal ring of regular fleshtunnels on the ends. One of the rings is revovable so it opens for insertion.

I have put 12mm (0000gauge) steel rings in my nipples. ..but only for a few hours. They are way too heavy for permanent wearing. They simply pull down my nipples too hard, and it becomes uncomfortable after a certain time.
