Eaten Placenta - she has a page on Facebook. She recently removed a lot of the piercings around her mouth - I'm fairly sure this picture is taken after that. She's a pretty girl but it left her with a lot of ugly holes and half healed holes which have definitely been airbrushed out of this picture.
