She does have a lot of scarring from all those piercings, but I suppose when they're covered with make up they don't look much worse than acne scars.
tbh - I prefer either clear skin or all her piercings in place, piercings should sometimes be seen as just as permanent as tattoos given the marks they can leave behind. If she's happy then that's great, what she's done to herself is really nothing to do with me anyway!
