Tunnels like you're talking about are almost always for ears, so if you need other lengths, you're almost instantly looking at custom jewelry and high prices. Even barbells that are both large gauge and long tend to suffer from this.

I hat Tunnels in my nippels from discount-piercing some time ago.

They are not my first choice because the disks are very big and they cannot make them smaller.

(and im at 10mm atm - they do 8mm max)

Honestly just search 8mm flesh on Amazon, lots of cheap options. I cant remember specifically which ones I got.
