Her real name is Polina Morugina (aka Polina Face). This girl from Sankt Petersburg. Just google if you want to find more of her.

She doesn’t seem to be active anymore ever since an arrest involving posing nude in front of a church in Russia. I saw something where she had attempted to have her eyeballs tattooed and the ink in one eye migrated in front of the pupil, leaving her blind in that eye, but it’s hard to find information.
