it would probably migrate because of her huge implants. There is another model Goddess Heather that had nipple piercings but both had to be removed because of the same problem. But hey, O-Pearl has no problems with them. so who knows.

indeed yes, there are only a few girls who have implants (silicone, etc., ...) in their boobs AND their nipples pierced ...
