I call bullshit on that idea.

While it MIGHT heal (with a LOT of luck), such a piercing is a constant risk to her health (colon bacteria WILL enter the vagina via the piercing hole walls).
Even if you find a way around that, she won't be able to sit with that kind of ring.

The idea might get some imaginations running wild (not the least mine ), but in reality, the risks (and the practicalities) outweigh the potential gain by far.
