No wight training at all. I simply put 1mm thicker tunnels every 6 months in my nipples. for a couple of days or even a week they are sore,...but then most of the times they are fine.

Me too i bought and tried out all sorts of fleshtunnels, and they were all way too short. Silicone tunnels are even shorter than metal ones,...and it is not easy at all to insert them. And if you put a ring through them and pull a bit hardr on it, then the silicone tunnel slips out easily.

My tunnels are custom made...my hubby makes them for me,.... he uses acrylic clear tubes, and fits the metal ring of regular fleshtunnels on the ends. One of the rings is revovable so it opens for insertion.
