My initial PA (3mm, 8g) Current PA is 6mm (2g) I want to go to 10mm (00g).

On my scrotum I have 12 rings as well but the sizes are small. Need to get bigger ones as well. Any proposal/wishes/ideas of piercings you want to see on my cock/glans?
