Hate to be a party pooper, but it's definitely AI. The rendering on the two attached pics is different, the patterns on her right leg are supposed to look the same but are slightly different. Ok that's actually insane, I've seen quite a bit of AI by now and never seen anything anywhere near this go...

Look closely at the details, specifically, the direction the koi on her belly points to, the red flower under her breast, and the splash of red on her other breast. All those details are on the same sides of her body, in both the pool picture ...

It's all edited. Her main profile has loads of badly photoshopped pictures and lots of them are inconsistent with each other.

That's just photoshop man, those aren't real tattoos.
