I have an apadravya now but I used to have a PA. With the PA It could be like peeing through a shower head, especially at the smaller gauges, less so with the larger (I ended up on 7mm). With the appy I seem to have less of a problem, provided that I remember to press the lower ball up into the pier...

I had my appy done in May last year. It is not only good for getting to your partner's g-spot. It is great for solo action as well. It looks good and feels good. Mine took a while to heal - no solo for three weeks and no partnered for 8 weeks but since then it has been comfortable and a real delight...
